Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 November 2026
These terms govern your use of Remote Jobs. By using the site — browsing, submitting a listing, claiming one or creating an account — you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
Remote Jobs is an informational directory. Listings describe third-party products we do not control. We make no warranties about their quality, availability, pricing or suitability for your needs, and inclusion is not an endorsement.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the listings, reviews and other content you submit. By publishing it here you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store, edit for clarity and promote it in connection with the directory. You confirm you have the right to publish what you submit.
Submissions & moderation
- We review submissions and may edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion, with or without notice.
- Publication is not guaranteed, and free submissions do not create a contract.
- Paid placements and sponsorships, when offered, are always labelled. Payment does not buy a favourable review.
RivalGrade scorecard emails
When you submit a listing you give us an email address so that RivalGrade — a sister service operated by IndexiumLabs — can send you a free scorecard for the product you listed. RivalGrade scans the product's public website and emails a one-page comparison against similar products.
By submitting a listing you agree that we may share your email address, the product URL, the listing category and the fact that you accepted these terms with RivalGrade for that purpose. RivalGrade sends the scorecard, includes an unsubscribe link in every message, and sends at most one scorecard per founder and product every seven days. You can withdraw at any time through that link or by emailing us.
Claims
To claim a listing you must own or represent the listed product. Listings added by our team require a company email domain matching the job's website. Fraudulent claims lead to account termination.
Reviews & reports
Reviews must reflect genuine experience with the job. We moderate reviews and reports and may remove content that is abusive, misleading or spam.
Payments
Paid services are processed by our payment provider, a licensed European payment service provider, under their terms; we issue the invoice and account for VAT where applicable. Prices, durations and upgrade features are shown before purchase. Placements are one-time purchases for the stated duration, not auto-renewing subscriptions. If a paid placement is not delivered, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase; refunds for placements that were delivered are at our discretion. Payment never influences editorial review, and paid placements are always labelled.
Prohibited conduct
- Submitting content you have no right to publish, or impersonating others.
- Misleading, fraudulent or abusive submissions and reviews.
- Scraping, bulk-republishing or reselling directory content without permission.
- Attempting to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Third-party links
Listings link to external websites we do not operate. Your dealings with those sites are between you and their operators.
Intellectual property
The site's design, editorial content and database are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy or republish substantial parts without written permission.
Liability
The directory is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
